Posted: 5/17/2012
Healing Journeys will be at Spartanburg Methodist College Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24th, "Cancer as a Turning Point-From Surviving to Thriving!"
Anyone touched by cancer or any life-altering illness should attend, including providers, caregivers and friends. The conference focuses differentiating the body and healing the person, exploring illness as an awakening with transformative potential, and rekindling hope to live fully in the present.
Our keynote speaker is an amazing author - Thomas Moore - he has been a monk, a musician, a university professor, and a psychotherapist, and today he lectures widely on holistic medicine, spirituality, psychotherapy, and the arts.
